Post and image attached

  • Hi guys,
    I tried to find my way with this plugin and suggested shortcodes but I did not succeed so far. I would like to have a post with the image attached to it; is that possible? Could you give me the right code?
    Also I don’t find the text typed in the Author field; what would be the solution for that?
