I am having some problems accessing posts/pages when clicked on their hyper-link, can anybody help me what could have gone wrong here.

Point to note is that it is an addon domain – created as a copy of the main domain legisblogs.co.uk, which is working fine but this legalbloggers.co.uk is not.

    To reproduce the behavior please
1: visit the link https://legalbloggers.co.uk/, you will see the Post Welcome to LegalBloggers displayed on the home page.
2: Now click on the hyperlink Welcome to LegalBloggers under the Latest Posts section, the link will not work and the post will not be displayed.
3: same holds true for the sub-domains created like https://superfastblog.legalbloggers.co.uk/ as well.

I have checked with the hosting company -Psek- and they have confirmed that Wildcard domain routing is working fine, the DNS record for this domain can be accessed at https://intodns.com/legalbloggers.co.uk
    Thanks,
    Thanks,

  • Permalinks work by the .htaccess file. It needs to be there in the folder where you installed it. (https://intodns.com/legalbloggers.co.uk)

Usually hosts only do the wildcard record for the *main* domain on the account – not add-on domains. That would require a second wildcard record. I’d get them to double-check that, as in my experience on shared hosts, add-on domains do not have wildcard subdomains. The host just isn’t set up for it.

Thank you very much Andrea for giving me the right direction, I didn’t have any .htaccess file at all, copied one from the old domain and everything is working fine.
    Thanks again.
