Post Archive Calendar Widget

    I am looking for a widget which will show my archive posts (not events) in a yearly calendar format. I used to use the https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/archives-calendar-widget/ Archive Calendar‘ widget, which did exactly what I want, but that has not been updated for some time and is no longer compatible with the latest WordPress.

    I would like the calendar to display the months of the year, with a count of the number of posts made in each month and the ability to go ‘next’ and ‘previous’ through the years. The count of posts in the months should be clickable and take you to a list of the posts made in the month clicked.

    I am using WordPress 5.4.2 with the Smartline Lite theme.

    All help and suggestions appreciated. If you need any more information please let me know.
