Post blog to my custom website

I have this website hosted with web hosting hub:

I am having a heck of a time trying to get everything working with WordPress. I’m kinda lost but just kinda trying. Web Hosting Hub has a one click install of WordPress. I tried that and it creates a blog folder in my ftp but I want to be able to send the blog posts straight to the page I posted above. What steps do I need to take to do this?
