post by email cutts off half of the content- is there a char limit?

  • When I send a post by email, (a very long post from gmail and my webhost), WordPress only posts half the content. It cuts it off in the middle.

    Is there a character limit for a post-by-email

    WP4 selfhosted

    any ideas?
