post by email not working

    I’ve been using Jetpack Post by Email for years. Generally works well. For the past 4-7 days posts are showing up intermittently or not at all.

    I send 45 post by emails every day. I usually see 45 posts posted. Over the past 4-7 days I get less than 15 out of 45 or less.

    Not sure what’s going on. I deleted the plugin, added it back. Disconnected from Jetpack and reconnected. Hasn’t helped.

    Also, whitelisted posting IP on Cloudflare.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out although I’m bummed to hear you’re having trouble.

    I am seeing a connection error in our system when testing your site, and I don’t exclude that the two issues might be related. There’s a few things I’d like to try.?

    First, can you disconnect Jetpack, then temporarily deactivate your other plugins, and try to connect again??
    You can disconnect by clicking on the Jetpack link in your site’s Dashboard, then scroll down to find the Connections area. Click the “Manage site connection” link where your site is listed. Then, click the red Disconnect button.

    Then once the other plugins are disabled, reconnect clicking the blue button that says “Connect Jetpack”.?

    Also, I see you’re using Cloudflare currently. Can you please make sure that you’ve followed the following guides, which outline proper set up for Jetpack and Cloudflare??
