post by email not working

    The Jetpack “Writing” feature to “Post by Email” isn’t working. It used to but appears to have stopped. I’ve tried a couple of different emails, sent from two different accounts, but no success. Is there an outage?

    Hi @roger10snook , thanks for the report, there’s no outage with the “Post by Email” feature. I’ve just tested it on my site, it works.

    In the “Post by Email” settings, could you click the button “Regenerate address”, then see if using the new one helps?

    If the new address doesn’t work. Is there a way for you to check the logs of your mail server, see if the messages are getting delivered or being bounced or dropped?
