    I’ve updated to the latest version of the plugin (4.0.2), but according to my users, I think it occurred a few days previous, so the issue isn’t specific to the recent Jetpack upgrade.

    I’ve deactivated plugins, and changed to the default twenty sixteen theme.

    I’ve tested post by email from a few different users, from both of these sites (although I’m seeing the issue on every site I check)

    sandbox.commons.hwdsb.on.ca
    wdhsfeed.commons.hwdsb.on.ca
    dvssfeed.commons.hwdsb.on.ca

    I’ve also tested from a couple different email addresses, to ensure it wasn’t an issue outgoing from Office365.

    There was a problem indicated in wordpress.com in connecting to the root domain: red badge in the wp.com dashboard, although from the site dashboard everything seems fine (Jetpack is Network Activated).

    In wp-config I’ve also defined define( 'JETPACK_SIGNATURE__HTTPS_PORT', 80 ); just in case it’s the SSL certificate getting in the way.

    I’ve run out of ideas. Any help you can offer to sort out why posts from email aren’t arriving at my site would be awesome.

    In the Jetpack debug, the first site says the connection to Jetpack is good
