    Hello there,

as there was no support contact option in the account page, I am contacting you here.

I am working on a client page and was going to make a custom dynamic slider locally.

I recreated the problem on our online dev site, which I have linked here. The online version does not include any custom changes yet and works normally on desktop.

As soon as you change the browser width, there seems to be a problem with the calculation of the width of containers. In tablet / mobile the design breaks completely and this is just the standard widget without any adaptations or edits made.

Can you please help us resolve the issue, we are also ppr customers?

    Best regards
    Julian

We did examine the page thoroughly but it has been difficult to find the root cause of this. It is surely due to some styles located in the theme(or another plugin). You can verify the same by switching to a default theme.

Will do some more tests from our side but meanwhile can you quickly switch to default theme and confirm the issue goes away? Thanks

You can also try using our newer widget Posts Multislider since it has similar function but comes with more features.

However, you won’t be able to use Elementor theme builder templates with Multislider widget. I am not sure that matters to you.

Unfortunately it also doesn’t work with elementor’s “Hello Theme”.

The problem is not the theme.

We tested the posts carousel widget with the Hello Theme and saw no issues. There are probably several thousand users who are using posts carousel widget with Hello theme. I am now thinking perhaps we have an issue with one of the plugins loaded on the site.

Can you pls deactivate all plugins except elementor and our plugin and see if that resolves the issue?

    Hello @livemesh,

I have deactivated all plugins but Elementor / El. pro and switched to “Hello Theme”.

The same problem persists. There is not much more I can test now.

It’s unfortunate that it’s not working. In the meantime I have switched to the “Post Multislider” and adapted the templates to fit our requirements.

    Best regards

Glad you were able to get around this problem. One thing I noticed about your setup in the test page – you have the tablet/mobile resolution and tablet/mobile gutter values set as blank value. These values are set in Settings->Responsive options group.

It may be worth checking if problem gets resolved when you set gutter value as zero and specify the tablet/mobile resolution. I did try the values specified by you but things still worked well for me though.
