Post Clicked Bring to Another Site (Outside WordPress)

Hi, new to the forum, haha!

Anyway, I wanted to know if this possible. Say, I got 2 site, one stand with WordPress, while the other one non-Wordpress – like Joomla/Ghost and stuffs. Then, I published a post on the non-Wordpress site.

I want that post also published on my WP site – shown in the Recent Posts page with the excerpt. But when its clicked, it brings us to the non-Wordpress site to read the full story.

I know this has anything to do with RSS, but before I do my work, I think it’s better to ask for guide or help first.

So, how can this be done?
