    Hi,

I recently checked my website: [ redundant link removed ] and noticed that while the EA Post Grid is set to 3 columns the posts display on 1 column. This is the same on all pages that have the post grid add-on. See the blog page as an example: [ redundant link removed ]

The only change I’ve made recently was updating the plugin (before this everything was working perfectly). I have tried increasing and decreasing the number of columns but nothing changes on the page.

Kindly advise on the way forward.

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Actually this is a caching issue that occurred after the recent update. Please follow the instruction below.

Can you please try doing this following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pvozsx

Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well.

kindly clear the cache and hard refresh your browser with Shift + Reload. If you are using caching plugin, you need to purge the cache from your plugin option.

Hopefully it will fix the issue.Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks !

Thank you so much, that also helped me!

i have the same issue. I tried purged the caches then i regenrate files in elementor tools setting and then i regenerated assets in EA adds on but nothing works. Before updating the plugin everything was fine. I had the same issue before and i had to change my theme. but now i am using astra. I wont change my theme now for just a plugin which comes with lot of technical faults and can ruin your entire website.

    Hi kamranahmadconnect,

I assume you have already tried regenerating assets from Essential Addons -> Tools and cleared cache (if you are using any Caching plugin)? Also cleared the cache by refreshing your browser with Shift + Reload.

If the problem still exist I think the issue needs a deep investigation. I would like to request you to open a support ticket on our support platform. Please, send an email by explaining your issue in detail here: support[at]wpdeveloper[dot]net

    Thank you.
