Post Comments do not appear

  • I just noticed that comments do now show up.

    Since WP 5.5 (~ August 2020) the comment_type for simple comments is ‘comment’ (before it was ”). Thus comments do not show up unter the post anymore.

    To fix it edit the functions.php
    and add the case 'comment' : in the bavotasan_comment function.
