Post Comments Ocean WP and Elementor not shown

  • Hi,

    I am using Elementor Pro and the Ocean WP theme. Under my Blog articles I have put the Drag and Drop post comments option from Elementor but it doesn‘t show anything. In the Settings of Elementor it mentions that’s because of the theme settings.
    What can I do to fix the problem?

    Try to switch theme temporary to default wordpress theme temporarily and check it works or not. Did you check the comment settings under the Dashboard > Settings > Discussion?

    I have checked. It works with the standard theme but not with Ocean Wp.
    I have overlooked all settings but I can’t find the mistake.

    Okay, edit a post, find ‘Discussion’ and enable it. Check it works or not. Also, try to add a new post and check it works or not.

    Hi, I tried, but without success.
    I think the problem is related with the general setting or a Plugin conflict.

    Okay, then try to disable all the plugin except ocean extra and check it works or not. It is difficult to give a correct solution without seeing the site settings.
