Post content is ok but Editing shows blank

    I’m fairly new to WordPress and I’m hoping for some suggestions on this issue. When I go to certain posts and view the content, they display properly. However clicking on edit post shows a blank window. The content on the site also has these question marks in certain places. Does anyone know why? The site is https://www.solup.com

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of your current version of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    Because our site doesn’t have a lot of content, I just re-made all the posts manually. This issue is resolved now but only by avoiding it.
