• Resolved cascadingpixels

I have a custom post with the usual text editor. An image and custom formatting has been applied to the text in the editor. However, when the slide displays it is missing the image and text formatting has been stripped out. Is there anyway to prevent this form happening?

Sure. Here is how the original post looks (all posts in the slider look similar to this one): https://dianeconrad.com/technology/dashboard/
Here is how the slide is rendering it: https://dianeconrad.com/what-we-do/technology/
You will notice the image is gone and the text formatting is stripped out.

    Hey, @cascadingpixels!

Thank you for the link, we understood what’s happening. Since the HTML tags are encrypted from the post content, the text doesn’t pick the image or the formatting of the post.

However, you can enlarge the value of Text layer character limit to include all the text of the content on your slides.

As for including the image on post content, unfortunately, this feature is not available yet. You can add it as an image layer instead.

But please add your request as a suggestion on our Submit your idea page. We’ll be happy to add this feature to further updates of Post Slider WD.

    Thanks! Have a wonderful day!
