Post Content not being copied to other (empty) languages

I’m pretty sure this used to work before. I have a website in portuguese (default) and added english to it with qtranslate, but I don’t translate every post, just a few. You’d expect when accessing the /?lang=en of a post that is written only in portuguese, the content would still be there (in portuguese of course), but at the moment it just shows no content, just the comments and title of the post.
Any idea?
