Post Creating & Editing Problems

  • I just installed WordPress 2.3.2 on my brother’s web site server and am currently using Autumn Fall theme.
    I’m getting very frustrated trying to publish a Post entry or edit a Post. It publishes fine but the editing window will not accept pasting from Word or Wordperfect without stripping away all formatting. Then when I manually make paragraph indentations using the TAB key, they don’t stay when I go to Publish the entry.
    This is even more of a problem on my computer at work. The formatting features are erratic at best and then just revert back to no formatting.

    I still am having issues with editing. I have figured out that if I make indentations of paragraphs in the editing screen by using the TAB key, it will set the indentation and publish as desired. However, if I go back to that post to edit it in any way, it reverts back to no indentations at all throughout the post when I SAVE it.

    I’m using WP 2.3.2 and Autumn Fall Ver. 1.0 theme. but it does the same thing no matter which theme I use.
