    Just to add to my post above, I was trying other scenarios, and when I search for a product and click on the product from the search page, and then on the button, I also get the “Home” pulling through and not the page title.

    In case it matters, I’m using the Divi theme and page builder.

    I hope you are doing well.

    Thank you for the video, it was helpful.

    It seems the problem is related to a known bug, the embed_url / title is getting the “refer” page instead of the embedded data.

    Could you please go to your Form > Behaviour > Rendering method and use “Ajax” rendering method to see if makes any difference?
