Post Date is GMT rather than local time

  • I have the “Set publish date to time of import instead of YouTube upload date:” parameter set to “Yes”. However, the plugin is using GMT rather than the local time specified in Settings… General.

    This means posts are being created in the future as scheduled posts as GMT is 7 hours ahead of my local time.

    Hope this is an easy fix.

    In the plugin’s /class/youtube_import.php file, try changing the PHP ‘gmdate’ function on lines 372 and 375 to the PHP ‘date’ function. Simply, remove the ‘gm.’
