For some reason my posts are not showing up with the current date. Can someone help me adjust the dates so they are accurate please? Thanks.

  • Your site doesn’t seem to be loading. I get a time out error.

Have you checked under Settings > General > Time/Date format? Try changing the settings and click Save Changes.

What theme are you using? Otherwise try disabling your plugins one by one to see if they cause the error.

EDIT: You can also edit the dates for the posts when you edit a post in the Publish box (top right)

I access my website all of the time and am currently accessing it. It works fine. I managed to change the dates in the upper right of the publish box but the results on the screen are currently remaining inaccurate. I think the time/date format is functional. I am using a default theme.

Maybe only you can access your site? I tested it here, and it says its down https://isitdownorjust.me/aspiringprofessional-xyz/

Have you set the time-zone to the correct value under settings? It can also be the server that has wrong time-zone settings. Or if your website is hosted in a different time zone, the time can be wrong. In that case, try setting the time-zone in wordpress to the time-zone that the server is in.

Sorry you cannot see my site, I accessed it from 3 devices and I have a connection. As for the problem, I solved it by changing the server settings as you recommended and made the adjustments to the post date. All is well, thanks for the help.
