Post Descriptions Disappear

When I have your plugin activated and the icons showing in ‘Content’, it makes the descriptions that are underneath the titles of my posts disappear (on the homepage and category pages.) I am not sure if there’s a way to include the Share Icons in the Content, and have my post descriptions still visible?
