Post different post categories on differently labeled Pages

    Hello,
    Thank you for taking the time to read this.
    I am building a gallery and want the navigation on the left go to PAGES where the different categories will load. For example, Chinese art >>> Suzhou art goes to a PAGE that has a list of POSTS from that category.

    First, thinking of the site strategically, is there an better WP way to do this?

    Next, if I am doing this the most sensible method, how do I wigetize the body of differently categorized PAGES so that the correct content appears of each different page (category).
