Post displayed with full content on Homepage

  • I’ve installed Twenty Thirteen theme on my blog.
    On the Homepage every post is displayed with full content. I need to tweak the theme to just display the summary of the content with the featured image left or right of the content. I need to code the theme for this…
    Can anyone help me in obtaining code for this issue ?
