Post Edit, images broken ?

  • Using: WordPress 5.3.2 with PHP 7.3

    On some of my older posts, while in Edit Post mode, the images show a broken icon, but display fine to the viewer. This typically happen with posts that I wrote a while back, like in 2015, etc…

    Any ideas ?

  • Please may you provide additional information? It’s difficult to judge without knowing things like the theme you are using, links to a page/pages where this issue occurs, or/and screenshots of the frontend and backend. There are many possible causes for the issue you describe and it is difficult to diagnose even if all necessary information is provided.
