post editor has changed

  • when using block editor to create new posts or edit posts has changed since your update. images do not have an option to add caption as before it produces this justified as central text.

    justify the image to the left and the text justifies as central text, justify to none and text is in a line with image to the left but text in middle, justify right and text is still on top of each other. justify middle and the image does not move in the box, it stays left.

    has the update caused this please.

    I also see this message ? Looking for other block settings? They’ve moved to the styles tab.

    Hello, I updated wordpress again to latest version 6.2.2 which it was already. I then switched templates to Twenty Twenty-Three Version: 1.1 and I tried out the editor on a post. The Gutenberg editor is working correctly in wp admin now. I re tested it on colormag Version: 3.0.0.7 and its not working correctly.

    If i use a chrome book to look at my colormag website it breaks the layout, No side bars on the right for adverts, it looks like a mobile phone layout.

    Hi,

    In order to better understand the problem, it would be very helpful if you could provide us with a screen recording/screenshot of the issue you’re getting on the Gutenberg editor.

    We have been able to figure out some issues related to the heading in the post editor area. So if you can provide more issues, replicate them on your end, and we can check and release it on the upcoming theme update.

    Not looking like a what you see what you get editor

    I hope you can see what I mean, I could align a photo left and put text under it and then type a Paragraph to the right before the upgrade. I have tried another wordpress theme, the 2023 and the editor is normal in that. It seems the template is too wide ?

    Thanks for the clear screenshots,

    We have been able to replicate the issue our end too. The issue will be fixed and we will released a theme update with the issue fixed.

    If you found any more issues, can you share the screenshots showing the problems and link to the page where you’re seeing the issue.
