Post Error

  • This plug in has worked great but lately it only makes some of the posts to Instagram and emails me this error: Your post ID 2433 not posted on Instragram due to following reason. InstagramAPI\Response\ConfigureResponse: Unknown Server Error

    We have two admins on this site that make posts and everything one admin posts, it automatically goes to Instagram. But everything the other admin post doesn’t. We can’t find anything that is being done differently that prevents some of the images/posts from being sent to Instagram. It worked great for awhile.

    Hi,

    Did you mean same post is working for one admin but not with other admin?
    Or some posts not working either admins?

    “Unknown Server Error” are the temporary Instagram server errors and they resolved automatically after some time.

    Can you check the image name? Sometimes with long image names or with different charters image names don’t work.
