Post excerpt instead of full post

    Hello, I really like everything about the Jolene theme so far, but I can’t seem to find a way to show only an excerpt from my recent posts on the home page. It always shows the entire post and the pictures in full size. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Does anyone have any advice on how I can show only the Title, featured image, and maybe the first 100 or so characters of each recent post on the home page instead of the entire post? Is it possible with this theme? Thanks.

    I found a plug-in called “Easy Custom Auto Excerpt Premium” worked great to shorten the posts on the search and home pages.
