Post Expiration Dates Not Working

The following is my pipe based on the supplied template.

For some reason it is not setting an expiration date in the post dispite under ‘Change Time’ setting to Publish Down after 364 days.

Any one else had this issue ?

I have also tried using Post Expirator which also does not seem to be setting an expire date if that is any help ?
