Post featured image on post page distorted

My blog featured image looks fine on the home page (https://www.mindtheruck.com/),
but on the post page (https://www.mindtheruck.com/2009/05/lions-tour-boks-challenge/)
it is cropped automatically.
Could you please let me know how to correct it on the post page?
