post form not appear

  • hello
    I used the default form of geo my wp with Enable Page Load Features to show posts but it didn’t show any thing
    also I create new one with show any thing no map no search fields no results although I add location to all posts
    also I disabled all plugins with the same results
    all I want to create posts page using your form but it didn’t show any thing
    so please advise

    Hello @makmerghen,

    The first thing to try is to go to the dashboard -> GEO my WP -> Extensions, and deactivate/reactivate the Posts Locator core extension. By doing so you will clear the internal cache of the plugin, which could sometimes cause the issue that you described.

    If the above doesn’t work, would you be able to provide me with screenshots of the “Page Load Results” tab?

    Could you also provide a link to the live page with GEO my WP’s shortcode?

    can I change the grid of posts to be multi columns in stead being on post per row ? and how

    You are welcome, @makmerghen.

    There is a result template file name “Grid” that you can select from the “Results template” dropdown in the “Search Results” tab of the form editor. The grid template file should display 3 posts per row.

    I have an issue the image in grid mode appear not full I mean only upper part of the image is shown
    I tried to change size from form setting but also it didn’t change
    so please advise
    also
    desktop grid show 3 column and in table 2 and in mobile 1 column
    my question can I make it 3 for all ? and how ?
