Post form Permission denied

  • Hi, My boss bought me the pro version to develop a website and I can’t open a ticket for asking a question. So, I am going to ask you here. Hope you can help me, thanks.

    Toolset Access Version 2.6.2
    Toolset Forms Version 2.3.3
    Toolset Types Version 3.2.7

    I used Ultimate Member to create register form to create buyer and supplier. Both of them are able to create trading Platform(custom post type) and Product(Woocommerce).

    I have followed the setting of https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/access/. When I logged in as a buyer and visited the trading platform form it showed Permission denied. If I deactivate the Toolset Access plugin it will work well.

    Please give me some advice, thanks.

    I am sorry, but you can’t get support here. The author is not permitted to do that in these forums. Talk to you boss and contact the author on their site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
