Post from Smartphone

Hi everyone,

So i’ve been asked to prepare a site for a fire service. I’ve been asked a question I don’t know is even possible so i’m reaching out to the community.

If an emergency call/announcement is received from a dispatcher to a smart phone, I think by text, is there a way to post the received information to a specific part of the website from the smartphone (by authorized administrators/users) without having to physically logging into the site from a lap/desktop?
