    Hey Team

Just published a new post. Now the latest post’s featured image size is coming larger as compared to other posts’ featured image size in the Post grid.

    Please help out.

    Thanks

Hi @amitgargjind! The post grid block sets the size of featured images at 600×400 pixels. However, the setting was only applied to the latest post, and all the other posts use the closest image size they have before the plugin was installed. You’ll need to either reupload all the featured images or regenerate the image thumbnails.

I have the same issue. My aspect ratio is coming up different with the previous images. I don’t want to change that ratio as the images will look weird if I regenerate thumbnails. Any solution to change this default 600 x 400 to something else!

    Hey Alexis

I can see that while inspecting my blog homepage.

The posts that I published after installing this plugin have the thumbnails of 600*400 while others have 600*314.

So, please do let me know the solution to keep the thumbnails for all the posts to 600*314.

    Thanks

Even the post grid block sets the size of featured images at 600×400 pixels, why it is not covering the whole image.

The original image size is 1200*628. When the 600*314 image is covering the whole image very well, can’t understand why 600×400 is not doing so.

You can check my blog homepage to see the difference.

Hi @amitgargjind and @vikki237! We’ll introduce an option to set the width of featured images within the post grid in the upcoming version of the plugin. This will also come with the option of choosing between automatically setting the image height according to the aspect ratio or manually setting it.

We’ll let you know when the update comes out.

Hi @amitgargjind and @vikki237! We’ve released a new version that addresses your issue with the post grid block. The aspect ratio of the featured images will now be preserved unless you choose to manually specify both the height and the width of the images.

Please update to the latest version of the plugin and let us know how it goes.
