    Hello @amin7,

The applied settings is verified and the column count is set to 1,

However, the issue is still existing, I tried to update and save the settings multiple time, on desktop mode, it’s working properly

The is only existing on the following device:

    • Tablet
    • Mobile
    data-settings="{"eael_post_grid_columns":"eael-col-2","eael_post_grid_columns_tablet":"eael-col-1","eael_post_grid_columns_mobile":"eael-col-1"}"

    Plugin details:

    • Elementor: 3.11.5
    • Essential Addons for Elementor: 5.6.3

    Hi @phdevcafe24

I hope you are fine today.

Can you please check the status of the Additional Custom Breakpoints of Elementor? Go to WordPress Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Features > Additional Custom Breakpoints

If it is active then, change it to inactive and check whether the issue persists or not. Please check the screencast, https://d.pr/v/ldobUY

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi @amin7,

The custom breakpoint is set to default for my WordPress site,

I tried to set the value to inactive, unfortunately, the issue is still existing

I also tried to tweak the Elementor settings, changing the column count, while the value is still inactive, but the preview does not show changes,

The preview only changes when selecting column count 2 and above,

The issue is odd and confusing because it changes when other value is selected,

Thank you for taking the time to check my inquiry

    Regards

    Hi @phdevcafe24

    Good day!

Again after inspection of your site, it seems some CSS is over written by the theme you are using, specially on grid CSS.

For troubleshooting purpose, can you please temporarily deactivate the theme and check the scenario with another WordPress theme (Hello Elementor ,twenty twenty three)

Also please run a plugin conflicts test, by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Essential Addon and Elementor, and check whether the issue persists or not.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks & regards
