I’ve added the Post Grid and included the filters on my page but the filters are only applicable to the initial loaded content. Ideal functionality would be that they would display number of all posts within that category, even if the post isn’t displayed on the screen. At bare minimum they should update when more posts are loaded on the page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @dccstacey

At first, thank you for choosing our plugin and service.

It seems that the filter category count is disabled from the widget options. To enable them, please navigate to Dashboard > Pages > Edit Corresponding page, and in the edit left side panel for the mentioned widget scroll down to the “Filters” section and turn on the option “Show count”. For more clearance, please refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/MP2Pa7ExcZWB

    Hi There,

I do already have that feature activated, thanks. The issue I’m encountering is that I have 16 posts that should be filterable on this page but the filter is only displaying the 6 loaded posts as options for filtering (even after I use the Load More button).

I enabled ‘Show Empty Filters’ but the filter category count is showing up as 0 for some items and when clicked is loading only 1 or 0 posts (each should have 2).

I’ve verified that all of the posts are indeed being captured by the query by having all of the posts load at once and seeing that the filtering options work as there are 2 posts loading under each category.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Stacey,

Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
