    Hello,

The post grid module for Visual Composer is displaying but the links to the posts are missing. This problem is 100% for sure a problem with the plugin and not related to a theme or plugin conflict. I disabled all plugins except Visual Composer, I switched between themes and the problem persists regardless of theme or other plugins active/inactive on the site. Furthermore, the problem persists with WordPress core versions 5.6.4 and 5.7.2 with PHP version 7.4.

The page linked with the problem is not the only place on the live site that uses the Post Grid, there is also a Post Grid on the home page. We need an immediate fix for this because it makes a bad impression on our site users to have broken functionality on our site.

Thanks in advance for any support you are able to provide with this problem.

    Best Regards,

    Amy Singleton

    Hi Amy,

Our team tried replicating the issue on our setups but were not able to do so.
The Post grid is an element available in premium version. As you already have a premium license, I would recommend you to please open a ticket via official support channel: https://visualcomposer.com/support

    Hello Rohan,

The license key is not active for the plugin so I assumed the site is using the free version. I decided to install WP Rollback and roll Visual Composer back to a previous version. I rolled back to version 35.0 and the Post Grid links are working as they should. I also contacted my client and they are looking into whether or not they have a license for the paid version. Anyway, I thought knowing the functionality works in version 35.0 would help you troubleshoot the problem. Now you can compare the files calling the Post Grid functionality from one version to the other.

    Best Regards,

    Amy Singleton
