• Hello, WordPress forums!!

I recently installed the Jetpack plugin and I am successfully being able to create a WordPress post by sending an email. Now, I need to be able to send HTML code in my email, so that I can have a form perhaps embedded in the post. Of course, this would be no problem by just using the standard WordPress editor, but I am building an automated platform that automatically generates a WordPress post that has a form built into it. I’ve tried several things but no luck ?? Please help!

    Thanks!

  • Post by Email accepts formatted text and some html codes if you send it as rich text/formatted mode, but some html tags are stripped.

    Did you try Postie plugin?

I setup my Gmail account to rich text mode and no avail. Also, I have tried Postie but it has caused me troubles by not denying the server access. I’m in a bad spot and need this fixed as soon as possible ??

    Thanks for your help.

As the Postie author I’d be more than happy to help you get this working for you.
