• Hi
I know there are many topics like this one, but I read about a dozen and did not find it helpful.
I’m a complete beginner with WordPress, and so far I managed to adjust my blog to my needs, but now it seems that I can’t have the post images centered, no matter what I do.
    This is my blog: https://giuliabeca.byethost15.com/
    This is my theme: https://themeisle.com/themes/flat/
My plugins are updated, and I’ve tried centering the images from the Edit function and by putting the code class=”nofloat aligncenter”. Nothing worked.
    What am I doing wrong?
Please notice that English is not my mothertongue, I hope my post is clear enough.

    Thank you!
    Giulia

  • Did you try uploading a image with lots of width, like 1200 * 700 ?

Do you mean that if I upload the image in a bigger size it would not show that it is not centered…? I need the image to be in smaller size for the posts though :/

Yes, Did you try upload bigger size? and for post image you can use CSS code to make it always display smaller.

I still can’t make it work. I’ve contacted the creators of the theme, I hope they can find a solution ?? thank you for your help anyway.

    Hy!

Open one of your post, and switch the content editor to Visual.
Click on the picture, and click on the “pencil” symbol (“Edit” action). In the PopUp window, you can change the alignment.
    Save/Refresh/etc.

If your picture wider than the templates content’s div, you need to modify the image size to (Full size -> to Medium).
