Hello, just installed and configured the plugin and everything went fine, except for the post images that are not visible and a placeholder image appear in its place. Right now GDPR is set to NO, so it should load all from Facebook servers. ProPic and follow button work fine.
How can this be solved? Thanks!

    Hi @cilnius,

If you have a grey placeholder image on Instagram posts, it’s coming from Instagram and they have restricted the display of media on your website. Usually this is due to automated moderation which prevents the display of sensitive images outside of Instagram. For example, images of minors or images that contain (potential) nudity.

If you believe your website does not fit the above criteria, we’ll need toinvestigate the issue further, please submit a support request via the form on our website,?https://smashballoon.com/support/, and include the System Info.?

To obtain this information, please follow the steps on this page: https://smashballoon.com/doc/how-to-get-system-info. We ask you to use our form, as the System Info contains other website information from your site, which we do not suggest posting here.

Please also include the link to this forum thread in your ticket as it will make it easier for me to follow up.

    Thanks!???

Thank you very much for your quick reply!
The problem is with the Facebook feed and this is the placeholder shown:

There is no nudity or minors. The images are “safe” but are all “blocked” the same way.

    Hi @cilnius,

Sorry for the confusion, I gave you advice for Instagram feeds in my previous reply. The Facebook Feed Free plugin does not display images and videos, we offer a PRO version of the plugin to display photos, videos, comments and more. You can check a full description of the free plugin on the following page: Smash Balloon Social Post Feed

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Regards ??
