  • I recommend either purchasing a theme that offers this (you might find a free one that copies this behavior, but I doubt it) or paying a developer to write this behavior in.

    What would you call the behavior just so I am looking for the right thing?

    You can look for one that opens in a lightbox (kinda right) or a modal window (more general and probably what you are looking for). I recommend hitting up themeforest for a good selection of premium themes.
