    hello
    I want to do the next so please let me know if that possible or no?

    want to let specific user role can only has the ability to create post from front end ?
    want to limit their ability of adding new post to be only one post but they can edit this post at any time and the addition will be added after admin reviewing

    is that possible ?

  • Hello @makmerghen,

    Yes WPUF allows to select specific role to access any post form. Please navigate through WP-admin > WPUF > Post form > Edit post form > Submission Restriction and then from here you can select the roles whom you want to provide access.

    Also it will be possible from WPUF to edit the post. For editing the post, please make sure you have set the edit page here and have enabled edit from here. Admin can review the post after submission and publish manually from WP-admin.

    If you want to restrict post submission per person, then you have to use subscription. The process will be – you create a subscription pack where you allow users to submit only one post. Without using subscription, restricting post per person will be unavailable.
