Post link repeating twice on the Index page

  • Good day champs,

    I just upgraded my blog TopTenServices.net from 2.6.3 to 3.0.4
    However, when I post any new article on the site, it displays the post link twice (please see the homepage of my blog).
    This is the problematic code:

    Please help me understand what can I do to get rid of this issue? Your help is much appreciated.

    Hello guys,

    Anyone got any ideas what to do? The site was working absolutely fine before the update. The problem appeared only when I upgraded WordPress to the latest version. Please help, any help would be appreciated.
