Post list not working when logged out. Please help!!!

Please visit https://www.investorinfo.in, there’s a new article under Contributors, but its not in the list when I go to the category page or author page etc. It is listed only when logged in the site.

This is happening after upgrading to 3.1

This is also happening in https://www.infoineed.com

Please help !!!
