Post Listing, Featured Image size

I love the Short Code Ultimate plugin but I’m having a problem finding where I can identify the size of the image that is placed on the Post Listing.
Page: https://nwirestore.org/ At the bottom there are 2 categories of posts and the image defaults to about 60×60. Where is this image size defined?
