Post loop – how to show previous 5 days posts only

Hi!

I have a page where there are posts of a particular category say: apps
now on the right sidebar i would like to have another loop with other categories i.e. mobile tab posts but with last 5 days only. so if my apps post is 9.10.2015 – the sidebar will have posts from 5th Oct – 8th Oct
How to do it?

Next how can i show the loops in 2 columns? Plz help
