    Hello,

I LOVE your theme and thank you for creating it.

    I have 2 questions:

    1) I am wondering how, with the Hestia theme, I can change the post meta data. My name shows up as my email, which I don’t want. With my previous theme (the one I’ve used for my websites, generally) changing the post meta data was just a matter of ticking boxes for what I wanted, so I’m not proficient with more technical ways of changing things. I did look on the general www.ads-software.com forum and it provides codex info, but I am not seeing any boxes with code to change. So I’m wondering where to do this. And sorry for my cluelessness. I’m not a techie by nature (or experience).

    2) I keep reading that for SEO, it’s good to include meta info in a meta data box. I don’t see a box beneath my posts when editing. Is such a thing available in the Hestia theme?

Thanks a million! Again, your theme is wonderful and thank you!

I figured the first part out – how to change the name that shows up as post author. Simple once you know, of course….

I am assuming the meta box issue is a matter of finding a plug in that will allow me to add a box in the post area so will look into that.

    Hello there,

Yes, you can install a plug-in for your meta data like Yoast SEO.
Check the link below on how to do it:

    Hope it helps.
