Post not being submitted despite 0 Errors?

I’m getting the following message after adding a new post, and after updating existing ones.
This post was not yet submitted to Instant Articles.
This post was transformed into an Instant Article with no warnings [Toggle debug information]
I was able to login fine, and everything else is working ok. Anyone able to suggest a solution?
