Post not opening when url contain Greek letters

    I tried everything and i can not find solution .Wordpress just refusing to open links with Greek letters in URL.
    Until now i tried :
    Disable all plugins
    Change to all other default themes like Twentytwo etc
    Set this in wp-config.php

    /*define(‘DB_COLLATE’, ‘utf8mb4_unicode_ci’);*/

    (I tried both collate)
    Set permalinks to /%postname%/ or /%category%/%postname%/
    I use IIS windows server so on .NET Globalization i set

    • File Encoding: UTF-8
    • Requests: UTF-8
    • Response Headers: UTF-8
    • Responses: UTF-8
      Please if possible help.
      The letters showing correct on links as you see.But when click to post, it is not opening and showing again the home page even the link on top bar continue to showing the post URL.

    Many thanks Benni . My target is to solve the problem and to keep the Greek letters to the URL because this helps google search . This plugin (like some others) just replacing the Greek letters with Latins. This not fixing the problem. I need to find why wordpress does not support Greek characters in URL.

    Yes thats correct ! I try to find solution to encode characters and maybe this can solve the problem .Many thanks for your help Benni ! ??
