Post not showing on front page

  • I just created a new post in WordPress and for some reason it is not showing up as a new post on my front page. Nothing has changed. Can’t figure this one out. I does show up under categories.

  • Is it simply a caching problem? What is the name of the article or URL? When I went to the front page of your website (listed in your profile), I see a post called “10 Best Online Tea Shops” dated 23 Feb, though.

    It just showed up after I posted it yesterday! I don’t have caching. Could it be BlueHost?

    I meant not clearing web cache. I don’t think it’s anything to do with web hosting. Did you happen to “schedule” your post, rather than just clicking “Publish” button? Scheduling the post occasionally fails…

    Probably because you set the category, but your have your site is set to only show certain categories.

    I am having this same problem all of a sudden. Up until last week, all of my posts were displayed on my front page in chronological order. The post I wrote yesterday, however, is not. It is showing under categories (which is how I have my menu set) so I know it is on my site but for some reason not on the front page
