Post Not Showing up on Home Page

I am starting a brand new blog and I have very limited knowledge of all things related to blogging. With that said, I now have written four posts. The first three were showing up fine on the home page until I published the 4th. Not my post about muffins is not showing up on the home page. It can still be found under the correct category but not on the home page. How do I get ALL (recent 8) of my most recent posts to show up on the homepage?
